Cory Gunz- Son of A Gun mixtape review. . .

Young Money artist Cory Gunz released his Mixtape Son Of A Gun this year to some very mixed responses. . .See the problem is Cory lives in a world of his own and that reflects on his music. The dude has some really scary thoughts runnin around in that brain of his. The mixtape starts off with One Of A Kind and this song he makes it clear that he means business an the track sets the tone for a very dark, gloomy project. . .The Majority of this mixtape is produced by Militia Music producers Dot n Pro and they honestly did a splendid job the beats on this album are incredible other notable producers are man of the moment Cardiak with his trademark flatline and Jahlil Beats. Cory has really refreshing content and has one of the best flows in Hip Hop right now

The only downfall bout this mixtape is the features e.g Juicy J, 2Chainz, GUDDA GUDDA and Mack Maine they are nowhere near Cory skill. The first official single is Outta My Mind and is produced by Don n Pro heres the video and the mixtape download link

Teboho Gideon Mphuthi more popularly known as T'Boo Twizz is a hard-working artist of note. . .Bear in mind i said artist not rappa. The dude raps and sings and to the testament of many he is a dancer aswell working under the umbrella of Toxic Hip Hop dance crew. On the verge of releasing his yet untitled Mixtape we caught up with this R.A.W Media artist to find out wat makes him tick and how he feels bout the state of hip right now. . . BluPrint: So Tboo tell us more bout who u r?

Tboo Twizz: The name is Teboho as mentioned above, originating from Sharpeville(Swingstarz), 21 years of  age...A rapper who's working under the umbrella of R.A.W Media.

BP: How did u get in Hip Hop and wen did u start rappin'?

TT: I've always been a Hip Hop fan in any productive way, I guess I'd say that I was born in a Hip Hop blood line...I started rapping about close to two years ago having to consider rapping as one of my hobbies I got to adapt to, until I got to meet up with my home boys taking rap a bit more seriously and that's where tboo twizz evolved from.

BP: Who are u working with right now and tell us more bout ur team?

TT: I've worked with a couple of people lasing track in features mostly namely WE MAKE MUSIC PRODUCTION, G.S.E and other solo artists...But in a belonging perspective R.A.W Media is my team. It's a freshly minded and styled team of 12 members having indivisual unique styles per say...growing strong and having a raw movement across the streets.

BP: U had an appearence on Shiz Niz wat did that do for ur career?

TT: lol yeah dawg there's one important thing my appearance on Shiz Niz did for my career as tboo twiz, it uplifted my rap and performing experience rapidly in a sense that I felt more like an artist that has been rapping for years, publicity played a much bigger role.

BP: Tell us more bout ur upcoming mixtape (Producers, Features and can we expect any radio singles?)

TT: Fresh, different and twizzing....BluPrint will be producing my mixtape, I preffer more like a cake having multi flavours at once, meaning I'm going to have different artist features both from my team and other rappers.

BP: U currently have a track u just did with Tempo and C-TRixx how did this collab cum bout?

TT: Having to be invited to come perform at V.U.T's poetry sessions as one of the major artists on the line ups i got to meet other dope katz causing damages in their own different unique ways, I met Tempo a producer from another team to socialize with.

BP: Wat drives u and wat pisses u off wen u in studio?

TT: having to listen to other rappers growing doper pushes me to do "ME", and nothing so far gets to easily p*** me off coz being in the studio on its own sets the whole mood.

BP: Whats ur take on the state of Hip Hop right now?

TT: Local Hip Hop industry needs us.

BP: Lastly man any advice for other upcoming dudes?

TT: Rap till it matters.

Audio Slave (Just a lil project released for the hell of it)

During this year i have just been working hard, recording, and making beats for other artists including those from my company R.A.W Media. I've received a generally cool response although thats not what im aiming for. . .The honest truth is i had a lot of goals for myself this year and i did not pursue all of them, those i did pursue i did not really get the results i envisaged on my own.

The projects i did work on that im proud of are Sam's mixtape Watch Out Vol.1 and the R.A.W Mixtape: Rise of the titans. Right we heading towards a brand new year so new plans are being made by everyone including myself but i have a feeling im going to be more vigorous with my approach as i have plenty re-newed energy.

Im getting ready to drop my first OFFICIAL mixtape titled First Of A Nu Breed which is gonna be an epic, it'll include production from Myself and Dynamic1852 www.dynamic1852.com and features will include Sam, The Captain, Max_P, Change, 730 (Atlanta), Sboh, Emkay, LitesOwt and Tshego (formely of FreshBreeze). The T.M.C project will drop also and it will be entirely produced by me features will be there too. I will also be droppin Tboo Twizz mixtape, Tha Oracle'S mixtape, TheR.A.W Mixtape2: Together We Stand, Together We Fall, My Beat Tape, Emkays and LitesOwt mixtape, and many more all in the place of one year. TZA: Well my name is Jabu Webster Makume u know a cat who grew up in Sharpeville A.K.A Swinstars

BP: Ayt so dude how did u get into Hip Hop?

TZA: I started in highschool u know just freestyling with the fellaz and i guess around that time thats when i kinda realised that i cud do it, and that was around 2009 and then i started meeting people like u, T.O.K.A, and i also had a stint were i was rolling with the GSE.

BP: So y Hip Hop?

TZA: Thats were i feel like i can express myself best man, i mean ive been through a lot and i just really felt like i wanted an outlet and therefore this Hip Hop music was the best thing i could go for, on top of that its part of my VERY artistic nature ya dig?

BP: Word on the street is that u r currently working on ur first mixtape, care to tell us more bout it?

TZA: Uhm yeah man i mean i am working on the project and, im goint to feature people but since its my first E.P there really wont b a lot of them, because it will be my introduction to the industry. I know its gonna be a great project because BLUPRINT will be on production (UHM YEAH HE IS TALKING BOUT ME HAHAHAHA) and i myt get other producers too u know. And ill probarbly do a smashing musiuc video so uhm LOL all the sexy ladies holla at ur boy man hahahaha

BP: So tell us bruh where do u c urself in 5 yrs time?

TZA: DUUUUUUUDE im gonna be big coz ima be living ma dream and my future will play out exactly the way i planned it, coz i dont just do music, i mean im going to art and drama school, ima doing my Sound Engineering and im also looking into modelling.

BP: Ayt dude thanx for the interview and goodluck with ur career but before we let u go how do u feel about the situation in Japan?

TZA: Its not cool u know i mean people are busy dying u know, some of them are youth just like us and they must have had big plans and i doubt death was anywhere there. I honestly do feel sorry for them and they will be in my prayers MAY GOD BLESS THE. . .

1998, Sprite went to a little township in the Vaal Triangle, having been interested in music a young boy who was 11 years old decided to go check out what was happening. . .an open mic was being held and having had written rhymes before he decided to go give it a try and a monster was born. . .

From this moment there was no turning back and he has been at it ever since, having been a member of so many rap groups namely Ghetto Slickaz, MPD, Infinite Skillz and Hot Block Boyz to name a few he had a brief stint were he decided to go solo but a chance meeting with Haze would change that altogetther as they are and have been members of rap duo MidazTouch for 2 and a half years now.

BluPrint is a very humble young man who just like every other youth in Mzansi has goals he wants to achieve, but his current goal is to fully establish himself as a super Hip Hop producer and sound engineer. He has produced a sleuth of hits in the Vaal triangle for artists like Tha Captain, Kev-Ablaze, Disco, Kosta6, Maya, 8Mapia, TZA, Maximum and a bunch of other artists but now he wants to branch out to most parts of Mzansi 'I wanna produce for teargas, l-tido, pdotO, HHP, but honestly speakingright now i wanna work with a lot of African artists like M.I, Naeto C, Sound Sultan, ETC'
